In Oct. 2009, with the order quantity increased sharply, to meet the local and oversea customers’ increasing requirement to our product. OUYI moved its factory to Linshui City and extend its building area more than 26000㎡, the company staff increased to 180 persons, Under such back ground, to keep our product quality on always high level, We added more imported quality control equipment for QC lab. Now our quality control and inspection system is made by spectral analysis, physicochemical experiment, NDT, behavioral simulation experiment. With the professional quality management team operating according to ISO9001, we already executed the full process quality control covered whole producing process which are from raw material purchasing, producing process, completed products inspection, test & tracing to after service. Our target is to sure all OUYI product quality are always higher than customer’s request.

First grade equipment means the possibility of First Level products, now OUYI have advanced moving and bench-top CMM(Three-coordinate measuring machine), as to producing equipment, OUYI VALVE customized a 64" ball machining & grinding integrative machine from Italy. Its machining range covered 16" ~ 64", ball roundness＜0.02mm, the coaxial =0.02mm, roughness = Ra0.4um. which is the biggest ball CNC in China, with dozens CNC, vertical, horizontal lathe & machining center, such strong hardware and strictly quality control system means OUYI can provide high precision & exchangeable products for all domestic & overseas customer, especially to meet the market request for big size balls over 48” size.

OUYI products covered pressure range 150LB~2500LB.Our main materials: carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex stainless steel, special alloy steel and various other materials. Surface treatment: Electro less nickel plating (ENP), HVOF tungsten carbide (TCC), Stellite alloy (STL), welding Inconel and other high hardness, wear resistance, corrosion-resistant materials.

Nowadays 80% of OUYI products exported to the worldwide, hence the stable quality with competitive prices, Ouyi valves has won high reputation in the markets , especially in USA and EU.
